Ian M. Henderson has been the building force behind the Gold Shop since 1977. With a long standing history at Birks as a gemmologist and appraiser, he has transformed the Gold Shop to what it is today, an extensive portfolio of exquisite jewellery and art for the discerning buyer seeking unique vintage,estate, and other rare treasures.

Ian has always believed in the idea that strong community and thriving economy comes through social interaction and networking. He is a member in many Gemmology associations and enjoys sharing his knowledge with other professionals
in the industry. Ian Henderson is also an active member of a variety of charity groups and enjoys giving back to the community.

The Rotary Club of Windsor is one of his most active charitable organizations.
